Simple Promise: We want you to be completely satisfied with your CallSantaTonight experience. If you're not happy, we'll make it right within 24 hours of purchase.

24-Hour Refund Window

We offer a full refund if you request it within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Refund request must be made within 24 hours of your purchase
  2. Unused Link: Your call link must NOT have been used or accessed
  3. Valid Reason: Provide a brief reason for your refund request
Important: Once you use your call link and start a video call with Santa, the service is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available. Please ensure everything is working properly before using your link!

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

  1. Email us: Send an email to a@sstude.com
  2. Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]"
  3. Include:
    • Your order/transaction ID (from confirmation email)
    • Email address used for purchase
    • Brief reason for refund request
    • Confirmation that call link has NOT been used
  4. We'll respond: Within 12-24 hours during business days

Processing Timeline

Refund approval: We aim to process approved refund requests within 1-2 business days.

Payment return: Once approved, your refund will be processed through our payment provider (Paddle). Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
