Optional: You’re free not to share any of this. The call (and the magic) will still work.
About Children's Information: We only collect this personalization information after receiving verifiable parental consent (through your purchase). We use it solely to personalize the Santa call and delete it on request. See the "Children's Privacy" section below for details.
Payment Information
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle, our secure payment processor
- We never see or store your credit card number, CVV, or banking details
- We only receive a transaction ID and confirmation that payment was successful

The video call with Santa happens in real-time through a live stream. We do NOT record, store, or save any video or audio from the call. This means:
- No images or recordings of your child are ever captured
- The conversation is completely private
- Once the call ends, nothing is saved
5. Data Retention & Storage
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep different types of information for different periods:
- Email & Customer ID - Retained to support the referral program and future purchases. Deleted within 30 days upon request.
- Child's personalization data - Retained only for the duration needed to deliver your call, then deleted within 7 days unless you request earlier deletion.
- Payment records - Transaction IDs kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (legal requirement). Actual payment details stored by Paddle per their policies.
- Support emails - Kept for up to 2 years to help with ongoing customer service.
- Usage analytics - Anonymized and aggregated data kept indefinitely to improve our service.
Requesting Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing a@sstude.com. We'll delete your information within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (like tax records).
